The RIFL Act (HB 3320) is a ground-breaking piece of legislation that holds firearm manufacturers financially accountable for the public safety costs of gun violence. Illinois can make history by being the first state to align the financial interests of firearm manufacturers with prevention and safety. We have the votes in Springfield to pass the bill, but first it needs to move out of committee.
