📢 CALLS to ACTION

Urge Dems to Say No to the CLARITY Act — No democratic senator should be voting for legislation that further enables Donald Trump's corruption. You don't need to be an expert in crypto to understand why opposition to this bill is so important, but we do need to raise the temperature on this issue right now. Legislation is moving forward this month!

Call and Email our senators now, and check out Everyone is Lying to You for Money — streaming August 22.  Visit everyoneislying.com for info and get tickets.

Join Hands Off Our Vote — Indivisible's national election protection program. Learn more and sign up.

Phone bank for Indivisible-endorsed candidates — find one that fits your schedule.

Tell Congress: Not One More Dime for Trump's Iran War — call your Senators and your Representative, or email now.

Help Defend Our Public Schools: An action from Americans United for Separation of Church and State
The One Big Beautiful Bill created the first-ever nationwide federal private school voucher program, funneling billions in taxpayer dollars to private, mostly religious schools — with little accountability. Now, pro-public-education lawmakers are fighting to repeal the voucher program with the Keep Public Funds in Public Schools Act.

Urge our members of Congress to Support the Keep Public Funds in Public Schools Act! And while you're at it...

Tell Congress to Stop the Dismantling of the Department of Education, including cuts to special ed, civil rights enforcement, and student loan programs that affect millions of families.

Missed the TPUSA protest on June 16? You Can Still Take Action!

Turning Point USA — widely described as a Christian nationalist organization — held an Educators' Summit June 16—19 at the Marriott Lincolnshire resort in Lake County. Indivisible HP members joined NE Lake County Indivisible's Honk & Wave Protest on Tuesday, 6/16. Together with members from various Indivisible chapters in the area, we sent a message to TPUSA and the Marriott that Turning Point is not welcome here!

Check out coverage of the protest in the Chicago Tribune and on CBS Chicago. You may see some familiar faces.

The Marriott Lincolnshire is privately owned and managed by the Bricton Group, led by CEO Ed Doherty. Join the effort to make sure Ed hears loud and clear: we don't want the Marriott Lincolnshire welcoming racist organizations like Turning Point USA to spread their message of hate and division.

Turn Up the Corporate Pressure.

  • Learn how to turn up the heat on companies that profit from ICE.

  • Call and email companies directly to demand accountability.

  • Support organizations tracking corporate political influence, like OpenSecrets.Org. Visit Goods Unite Us to shop your values.

Help Dismantle Detention Facilities.

The Trump administration is converting warehouses across the country into mass immigration detention facilities, part of a broader agenda to detain and disappear our neighbors on a massive scale.
